As a long-established family owned company, we believe in providing the highest level of service that we possibly can. As a result, a large percentage of new customers are recommended to us by satisfied existing clients.
Cornmeter Blinds will never pressurise any customer into purchasing products and none of our staff ever receive commission on any sale made. We will always recommend what we believe to be the most suitable product to suit your requirements, rather than the one that makes us the largest profit.
All blinds supplied by Cornmeter come with a warranty. (Duration of warranties vary and are determined by the product type and manufacturer). If a product purchased from us fails within the warranty period, we will repair or if necessary, replace it as quickly as possible. Where products that require maintenance / repair outside of the warranty period, we will, where reasonably possible, repair the product ourselves or send it to the manufacturer. Out of warranty repairs are usually chargeable, but we will quote for costs involved before carrying out any work.
Measuring, quotes and product advice home visits...
Cornmeter Blinds offer free of charge measuring, product advice and quotation service. The member of staff who will visit your home will be polite, experienced and have extensive product and technical knowledge. They will be able to advise and assist your selection of the most suitable product to suit you requirements. We will never send high-pressure salespersons to your home.
Before booking your home visit appointment, we request that you should where possible, give us some idea of the type of product you require and supply us with approximate dimensions, so that we can give you a rough idea of price in advance.
Please note that site visits that require us to travel a very long distance may involve a charge. We would of course, always inform you of this in advance.
